Tim started at Colonial Spirits in 2002. Not only does he have an extensive knowledge and passion for
beers and ales, Tim can assist you with anything in the store. Feel free to speak with Tim regarding
any requests, concerns or questions.
Ryan has been with Colonial Spirits since 2002, his knowledge of beer, wine and liquor will help you make
your choices all the easier. If you have any questions about any of our products, feel free to ask Ryan.
Noah has been with the company for 9 years now, and is the man to talk to with regard to
any bottle of wine in the store. Noah has done it all when it comes to wine, originally working for
a winery in the Finger Lakes, and from there, worked in the restaurant, retail, and wholesale
sides of wine.
Nic has been with the store for a little over two years. He is our other wine specialist. His Grandfather
& Great Grandfather were wine merchants in his native Alsace, so you could say that wine runs through
his blood as well as family. He is a great admirer of French & Italian wines in addition to Belgian beers.
Dave has been working for Colonial Spirits for about 2 years. A jack of all trades, Dave can give you a hand
with your decision making. Dave is also the man to talk to if you are trying to pick out a cigar from our collection.
