Valdibella is a Sicilian based CoOp that stands up to mass marketing and mafias by producing wines that are organic, old word centric and mafia free. In an effort to give the world, and themselves, the very best Valdibella has put together a project that is based on doing the right thing whether it’s in the vineyard or life itself. They only work with vineyards that are owned by farmers that have no ties with the mafia and grow grapes organically, this ensures everyone gets a fair cut of the profits and that the wines are exceptional and at a favorable price. Although having ties to the mafia can not be tasted in wine… “Shows hints of unnecessary anger and violence…” being organic, however, makes difference.
