DESCRIPTION:So who better to have on the last day of February for a tasting other than our Brewery of the Month\, Jack’s Abby.  It will have been a great month with Jack’s and we want to end it with a bang.  So on February 28th from 2-4 pm we will be hosting Jack’s Abby for the second time this month.  Unsure of what we will be tasting\, but I guarantee you that you will not be upset by anything they bring.  Come out\, taste some beers\, talk with Jack’s Abby’s very knowledgeable representative\, and help us end this month in style.  Again\, that will be February 28th from 2-4pm. \n  \nNOTE:  Not only will be tasting some of Jack’s Abby’s regular offerings\, but will be pouring out some of their special releases that you cannot buy in stores.  So make sure to come out to try Jack’s Abby Sour Beer Project #2\, a Brett Biere de Garde\, 2013 Framinghammer and Lager Ness Monster.  Very excited to be able to show off what Jack’s Abby can do. \nAt 2pm we will open Jack’s Abby Sour Beer Project #2.\nAt 2:30pm we will open a Brett Biere de Garde.\nAt 3pm we will open 2013 Framminghammer and a Cocoa-Nut Barrel Aged Framinghammer.\nAt 3:30pm we will open Lager Ness Monster.

DESCRIPTION:Very excited to have Oskar Blues come in for a tasting February 27th from 5-7.  These North Carolina brewers have been the kings of cans\, releasing their entire line of beers in cans.  Long before you heard of Heady Topper in cans and all the summer offerings\, Oskar Blues has been canning Dale’s Pale Ale since 2002.  Colorado is brewing some great beers and Oskar Blues has been at the forefront\, leading the field in quality and availability.    Again\, that will be from 5-7 pm on February 27th.  See you then!

DESCRIPTION:At the heart of Troegs Brewing Company are two brothers.  They have each in their own way learned the art of brewing and have joined forces in a fraternal push to make draw craft beer lovers attention to central Pennsylvania.   And by the way they are brewing\, it shouldn’t be too hard.  They have produced some really fine libations and keep coming out with new and experimental styles.  Their year round offerings are among some of the best you will find in our coolers and their seasonals\, as long as we can keep them from fly off of the shelves\, have all been flavorful and appropriate for the season.  We are really excited to be able to finish January off with a great brewery like Troegs.  So come down January 31st from 3-5 to sample some Troegs.

DESCRIPTION:On May 16th we are having a two-for-one tasting.  While both drink makers are producing high quality beverages\, they are in two very different categories.  First we have a Trappist Ale from Spencer.  Brewed by the Monk’s of Saint Joseph’s Abbey in Spencer\, MA\, this ale is quickly becoming one of the most highly sought out brews from Massachusetts.  Unfiltered and unpasteurized\, Spencer is golden hued\, full body\, with accents of fruit and subtle hop bitterness.   The other libations we will be tasting are from Bantam\, a cidery out of Somerville.  Bantam produces some high quality\, small batch ciders.  We will be tasting their flagship Wunderkind\, a light and crisp cider\, and the Rojo\, a cider which is aged with sour cherries and black peppercorn and uses an ale yeast.  Come out between 4-6pm to taste these two relatively new\, but well received beverages.  Our old friend Pat Suleski.
