They’ve been around for 125\, 193 and 229 years respectively. Time is enormously important in whisky\, not only in aging excellent whisky\, but also in learning the ins and outs of the particular stills. The distillery managers at these three distilleries have over 100 combined years of experience\, most of which has been spent managing distilleries and producing stunning whisky.
