Hardshore gin\, made from family grown grain offers fresh rosemary\, fresh mint\, orris root (iris)\, Italian juniper and coriander. It’s quite outstanding. \nThe same impossibly high standards were next applied to their bourbon project. Shorebird Bourbon comes in small batch and single barrel and is born out of heritage grains form the family farm. It is really excellent!
