SUMMARY:Sap House Meadery Tasting
DESCRIPTION:Sap House Meadery is one of the best examples of meads produced in the New England.  It’s bottled and produced in New Hampshire using only local ingredients (except  for the vanilla).  Mead isn’t easy to understand and is an acquired taste\, but not this mead. Sap House Meadery has revolutionized\, in my opinion\, what mead is and should be.  If you don’t believe me come in and see for yourself\, you will not be disappointed.

DESCRIPTION:Scotch fans\, it’s Ardbeg time… \nIf you are not a fan already\, it is time to become one.  Ardbeg is just so good.  Revered around the world as the peatiest\, smokiest\, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance.  Typically most whiskies are chill-filtered and reduced to a strength of 40% ABV. Ardbeg Ten Years Old\, however\, is non chill-filtered and has a strength of 46% ABV\, thus retaining maximum flavour\, at the same time giving more body and added depth.

This will be a great opportunity to try 12 refreshing brews covering a wide range of flavors\, and to be walked through the differences of style and taste by a true expert. \nThis seminar will take place at 6 PM\, in the tasting room at Colonial Spirits of Acton. There will be a $5 fee to participate\, for which you will enjoy an hour of guided tasting through the 12 beers\, and a complimentary tasting glass.
