Since 2016 Hardshore Distilling has been creating distilled tastes and textures with unmatched attention to detail and quality. Hardshore gin, made from family grown grain offers fresh rosemary, fresh mint, orris root (iris), Italian juniper and coriander. It’s quite outstanding.

The same impossibly high standards were next applied to their bourbon project. Shorebird Bourbon comes in small batch and single barrel and is born out of heritage grains form the family farm. It is really excellent!
