TENNE – Spey’s signature malt is finished for 6 months in Tawny Port casks to create this vibrantly colored, fruit forward whisky.  The sweetness is reasonable and each sip coaxes another as it opens up.

TRUTINA – The crisp, cleanliness of this malt holds many flavors delivering almond butter, orange blossoms and fresh barley.  As it is named, the balance is perfect.

FUMARE – As indicated by the name this is the peated expression.  Similarly, it is soft and not overdone.  It is distinctly smoky but the toasted barley, candied apples and sweet nuts come together to create a wonderful flavor.
