Hogsworth and Bhakta – a unique bourbon and rye experince

There is a lot that makes this tasting unique and it starts with the whiskey. Both the bourbon and the rye bring a delicious Armagnac component, blended in for an unmistakable but familiar charter that is incredibly tasty. There is a whole story behind this but the short version is that the founder of WhistlePig acquired an Armagnac house and all of the aged barrels that came with it. From there he created some unique blends that underscore the bold vanilla, caramel and oak of American styles (bourbon and rye) with refined fruit, spice, and depth.

A nod to the love of pigs is not only the Hogsworth name, but the actual pig that will be at our tasting. A lack of opposable thumbs is likely to prevent this pig from pouring you samples, but he’ll be at the tasting anyway!

I cannot guarantee that the pig pictured here will be the actual pig that is present for the tasting, but a little pig and a little bourbon (and rye) is going to make this a very fun tasting. Come check out Hogsworth Bourbon and Bhakta Rye at this special event.
