Kosher (Mevushal) Tasting

Both Israeli and kosher wine have come a long way from when it was first introduced and thank goodness.  The process of making a wine kosher, in all actuality, is closer to organic wine making than it is hocus-pocus, even wines that are Mevushal are less complicated and convoluted than you might think.  With wineries around the world dedicating some, if not all, of their efforts to kosher wine production there are a lot more wines to be had and enjoyed.  We will be taking some time  to taste through wine produced in Chile, Bordeaux, New Zealand, Spain and, of course, Israel in order to help educate ourselves and our customers on the wonderful world of Kosher (Mevushal) wines.  Enjoy!
