Wild yeast strains are all the rage these days in the beer world, but Belgium’s Lindeman’s has been using it to create their famous line of Lambics for over 150 years. Tart and sour by nature, the Lindeman’s Lambics have been brewed with generous amounts of fruit to create a truly amazing flavor. While they have a gueuze, which is a mix of 1, 2, and 3 year old lambics, it is their core line of fruit lambics that people know and love. We will be trying their Frambroise, Pomme, Kriek, Faro, Peche, and Cassis as well as their Lambic and Gueuze. A great tasting, certainly not one to miss if you have not had the chance to try them before.
