Mad River Distillers Bourbon Tasting

Mad River Distillers ferments, distills and bottles all of its spirits in Vermont, mostly from local ingredients. Using unique mash bills and quality grains they carefully produce several different bourbons, which we will be sampling with Mike Connell. The attention to detail in their process is something that only a small operation can manage. Using water from a more than century old spring on the farm property and select barrels from family owned cooperages they carefully help their spirits develop into something special.
