Sparkling Wine Class w/ Nic Castro

This is the first of 10 classes we will be offering in 2014, and we hope you can be a part of it. We will dedicate the first class to sparkling wines, and what better time than the day before Valentine’s Day. The class will be about an hour long, and it will be covering most sparkling wine regions, including Champagne. Because we are limited on space these classes will be closed to walk-in customers so if you are interested please email  Nic C (nicolay@colonialspirits.com) to sign up.
