The naturally ripened fruit selected from more than 50 separate vineyards yields a beautiful rose petal aroma. Individual lots are kept separate during initial fermentation in order to highlight their vineyard differences and make the most of their specific strengths. The end result is a hugely popular, award winning wine with touches of vanilla and melon, with firm acid and crisp structure. Medium bodied, with excellent mousse and a rich lingering finish, it pairs beautifully with grilled poultry, shellfish such as oysters, prawns and mussels, as well as brioche with portobello mushrooms.
