German Wine Tasting
Riesling is the white wine grape for the 21st Century. Its wines can be lighter, finer, livelier, and more refreshing than those of other grapes, while still remaining at the peak of refinement and sensual pleasure. What’s more, the German wines have less alcohol, which is a BIG advantage in a lot of situations (especially the summertime)…As a follow-up toย my email from earlierย this week, we’ve decided to taste some wines from Germany and one from Austria. ย These wines are perfect for warm weather, so to help celebrate the summer we’ll also be pairing the wines with some delicious, homemade finger foods!
