Knob Creek Rye and more

I am pretty excited about Knob’s new Rye offering.  It is smooth, spicy and quite woody.  This 100 proof, amber whiskey boasts “patient aging” but does not specify what that means.  It does show strong barrel characteristics and an herbal spiciness behind a distinct rye flavor.
