Masciarelli Wine Tasting w/ John Avery
March 6, 2015 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Masciarelli Wines… What can I say about them that doesn’t sound like I have “copied and pasted” from a prior entry? Masciarelli Wines (if you haven’t picked up on the name yet) was the distributor that brought us the aptly named Masciarelli Montepulciano d’Abruzzo; an inexpensive, but very enjoyable, red wine from Abruzzi. The Masciarelli wines may be the house brand, but it is far from the house style. Masciarelli Distributor has all the wines you could want, from the classic Bordeaux like Chateau Pipeau Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, to the hedonistic Zins like the Trentadue ‘La Storia’ Estate, or the exotic like the Robert Perroud Brouilly ‘Pollen’, a Beaujolais that is as serious as any of its Cote D’Or counterparts. So whether you are in the mood for a 15% ABV, stain your teeth red, or a softer, food-friendly option, Masciarelli has it all. So if you happen to be in the area and looking to find a new wine to enjoy this weekend, stop by and sample through our latest finds.
