Domaine les Caprioles L’Hydrophobe Brouilly

Compared to the common conception of Beaujolais, the wine is a touch less fruity while more complex and aromatic. The tannins are integrated very nicely so L’Hydrophobe is a perfect pairing with standard holiday fare. Turkey and cranberry, baked ham or even lamb or beef will match very nicely with this wine.
