Made of 100% organic Cabernet Franc, in France’s Loire Valley, the wine’s name translates to “Day of Thirst” and its label invokes a summer sky. Jour de Soif is a joy. Classic Touraine Cabernet Franc aromas of raspberry and pencil shavings are complemented by herbs, cherries, and lavender. It’s midweight on the palate, and packed with red fruit but has a serious, terroir driven finish.
