Widow Jane Bourbon – 750ml

Naturally limestone filtered water from the legendary mine of Rosendale, NY is the backbone of Brooklyn’s bourbon.  There are many rules that must be followed to have ‘Bourbon’ on the label but being from Kentucky is not one of them.  Non-GMO ‘Baby Jane’ corn, sweet, pure limestone water and 10 years of patience are just some of what goes into this bottle.  Flavor is what comes out of it.  Maple, almonds, cherry and rich charred oak are all a part of the outstanding flavor profile.  An artisan’s bourbon for any whiskey enthusiast.
