Harvard Cider
New to our store, we'll be having Chase from Harvard Cider come down to taste their ciders. New to game, these guys are doing what we at Colonial love; they use local ingredients. Pull apples from orchards in our immediate area. I love to support local breweries and cider houses, but it always helps when the cider is of fine quality. Nauti Seltzer
Alcoholic seltzer is the new craze that will invade our shelves this year, and Nauti Seltzer is lining up to be the big name in the niche market. Summer Bash
Come one, come all! Colonial Spirits will be hosting its annual Summer Bash! Last year was a great time and we expect this year to be even better. June 25th from a marathon 1-5pm, we will be tasting beer, cider, wine, and spirits all at the same time. Brand new to our shelves, we are proud to be able to support this new cider company. Based in neighboring Boxborough, these ciders source all their apple from surrounding orchards. Quintessential Massachusetts apple cider, trying to recreate the styles and flavors from the early days of Massachusetts.
