Since 1942, the Cellers Unio have continued a 200 year old winemaking tradition in Catalonia, the region surrounding Barcelona – the city of Gaudi, Adria, Messi, Dali, and Miro. The cuisine of the region demands a versatile red.
The Cabernet brings the body, the Tempranillo the silk, and the Carignan the spice. It is make entirely in stainless steel tanks for freshness, and the alcohol is kept low for those evenings that turn into nights.
