“Our Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-bodied in a classic style with ripe dark fruit flavors complemented by hints of dusty vanilla, leather, anise and cocoa powder. This wine has a balanced acidity and finishes with fine, firm tannins. We blended about seven percent Merlot this year to soften the palate and enhance the texture of the mouthfeel.
