Pale golden yellow color. Rich pickling spice, warm caramel, tropical flower, anise, marinated olive, and manchengo aromas are complex and deep. A silky, smooth entry leads to a dryish medium-to-full body of dates, figs, creme brulee, marinated pepper and olive, and gentle brown spices. Finishes with a long, elegant fade of dried fruit, custard, and spice. A wonderfully rich and supple reposado.
