Pale gold in color with lemony shades. An intense nose that is both fresh and clean filled with green apple, lemon pulp, aniseed and creamy notes of praline. Mouth-coating with a oily feel which is followed by a fizzy sensation. This one challenges the tastebuds but poached peaches and vanilla syrup eventually come through. Some white chocolate and ginger. The finish is dry, clean and crisp but very long with aniseed, ginger and bitter orange. Nadurra Non-Chill Filtered Aged 16 Years.
