It’s that time of the year again folks! One of the biggest events we host at Colonial Spirits is back for all of your enjoyment. It’s time to break out the steins and Oktoberfest music for an afternoon of fun. We’ll have plenty of traditional German Festbier’s, Marzens and loads of other seasonal fall brews. As always we’ll be grilling up some complimentary Brautwurst with kraut.
Unlike the way they celebrate Oktoberfest in Germany, this is a 1 day event where we pack all of the two weeks of chaos and fun into a 4 hour window. Of course this event is free of charge! We encourage you bring anyone and everyone you please. We hope to see you all on September 28th.

Fabrizia Italian Margarita and their new Italian Style Lemonade may be the best ready to drink cocktails in the market! Fabrizia is a family owned New England company that has flourished over the years making some of the best Limoncello’s in the market. These ready to drink Limoncello cocktails are a staple at our store and even better, a staple of summertime fun. Come by and see what all the hype is about!
Switchback Brewing Co. is an employee owned Vermont brewery located in Burlington. Over the 17 years of operation they’ve managed to create 20 year round beers along with a handful of special releases. Switchback will be pouring their flagship beers from 1-3 pm on Saturday July 20th. If you haven’t heard of Switchback now will be the perfect time to familiarize yourself! We hope to see you soon.

Merchant Du Vin is a specialty beer importer that has been importing spectacular beers to the American market since 1978. All of their imports come from family or abbey owned breweries that brew with an organic approach and traditional brewing practice. Some of the breweries we’ll be pouring consist of Ayinger, Samuel Smith and Lindemans. We’re very excited to have them at our store, as you should be too! We hope to see you on June 7th.

Von Trapp was started as an American vision to create a German/Austrian version of lagers. The brewery began it’s operation at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont back in the spring of 2010. They now reside at their newer 30,000 square foot facility that is capable of brewing a whopping 36,000 barrels annually! Through the 9 years of business they’ve received numerous amounts of awards for their beers. This is not a shocker as all of their brews emulate German style beers terrifically. Join us on July 13th from 1-4 to taste some of the best pilsner/ lagers in New England!
